1. Use of the Platform
This platform allows users to create, publish, and participate in digital art auctions.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful activities, fraud, spam, harassment, or abuse of other users or the system.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
3. Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.
Uploading illegal, prohibited, or harmful content is strictly forbidden.
Content must be properly classified as Safe, Questionable, or Explicit.
Prohibition on commercializing AI-generated content
You may not use YCH-Auction to commercialize work that is generated primarily or substantially by artificial intelligence (including offering AI-generated art for auction, sale, or commissioned delivery through the platform).
Any attempt to misrepresent, disguise, or circumvent this rule may result in sanctions, temporary or permanent account bans, removal of listings or content, and disassociation from the platform (including termination of access or closure of your account), at our sole discretion and together with the other enforcement measures described in these terms.
The platform reserves the right to remove or restrict any content at its discretion.
4. Auctions
All bids placed are considered binding.
If you win an auction, you are expected to complete the transaction.
Failure to do so may result in penalties, including restrictions or account actions.
5. Payments
The platform does not guarantee the outcome of transactions between users.
It acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for disputes, failed payments, or user misconduct during transactions.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, reliability, or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising between users or from the use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if these terms are violated.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
