FAQ – YCH-Auction

Quick answers about how the platform works.

What is YCHAuction?

YCHAuction is a platform where artists can auction their work, sell adoptables, and offer commission slots.

What can I buy here?

You can participate in:

  • Ych (your character here)
  • Adoptables (pre-made designs)
  • Commissions (custom artwork slots)

How do auctions work?

Artists set a starting price and optional auto-buy.

Users place bids.

When the auction ends, the highest bidder wins.

What if an auction ends with no bids or no winner?

In your dashboard you can list it again with the same details you used the first time, or delete the auction if you're done with it.

What happens if I win an auction?

You must confirm your order and provide any required details.

After that, the artist will proceed with the work or delivery.

What is the difference between YCH, Adoptables, and Commissions?

  • YCH: Predefined pose, your character is inserted
  • Adoptable: Finished design you purchase
  • Commission: Custom artwork made from scratch

Can I cancel after winning?

No. Winning an auction is a commitment.

If you don't confirm, you may lose the slot and be reported.

What happens if the winner doesn’t respond?

The artist can offer the order to the next highest bidder or cancel it.

Are payments handled on the platform?

No. Payment is arranged directly between buyer and artist (e.g. PayPal), based on the listing rules.

How many winners can an auction have?

Each auction has one winner only.

Multiple slots are handled through separate listings.

Can I create multiple listings?

Yes. Artists can create multiple auctions or commission slots.

Can I cancel an auction I created?

Yes, but only while the listing has no bids. After the first bid is placed, the auction can no longer be cancelled.

What are addons and extras?

Optional features (e.g. background, additional characters) that can increase the final price.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You need an account to bid, create auctions, and interact with others.

Is content moderated?

Yes. Content is categorized and monitored to maintain platform standards.
